Eco-anxiety

Eco-anxiety (the fear of environmental doom that can seem inescapable and paralysing) is rising, especially among Gen-Z. Yet, despite its growing impact, the conversation remains quiet.

We set out to change that. I designed a three-page experience to raise awareness, provide anxiety-reducing tools, and guide users toward meaningful climate action. From research and resources to real-world steps, the goal was to help users clear their minds and feel capable of making a difference.

To support a calming experience, I also incorporated features like dark mode, which reduces eye strain and promotes mental ease.
